Cookies and trackers

Information about local browser storage, technical cookies and third-party content.

Last updated: · Official French version

Our approach

The public website currently uses no audience-measurement, advertising, social-network or behavioral-tracking tool. Existing browser storage supports technical features or features requested by visitors. No consent banner is currently displayed because these mechanisms are classified as exempt; this classification must be reviewed when any tracker or third-party configuration changes.

Public website storage

Public storage includes recent searches (localStorage, until cleared), quotation drafts (sessionStorage, two hours of inactivity and no more than 24 hours), an identifier preventing duplicate quotations (sessionStorage, until the tab closes), and explicitly enabled quotation diagnostics (localStorage, until disabled or cleared). See the French reference for individual technical storage keys and purposes.

Administration storage

Administrator-only storage includes authentication session data (localStorage, until logout or expiry) and a secure approved-device cookie named __Host-nautilus_admin_device (up to 180 days). These mechanisms are not intended to be stored merely by visiting public pages.

Embedded videos

Embedded videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode or Vimeo's Do Not Track option. Third-party players are loaded when you activate a video. The third party may then process data under its own privacy terms.

Deleting stored information

You may remove site data through browser privacy and site-data settings. Recent searches can also be deleted from the site's search interface. Session storage is removed when the tab is closed.

Future changes

If tracking requiring consent is introduced later, the user's choice must be obtained beforehand through appropriate consent management and this page must be updated. Questions: contact@nautilus-solutions.fr. See also our Privacy policy.
